GreenSeasons.com accepts online payment via Mastercard and Visa. We accept offline payment via personal or company checks, official bank checks or money orders. Please call us to place an offline order. We do not ship C.O.D. and we cannot accept purchase orders unless prepaid. All online transactions are completed in real time. Verification of your online order approval will be processed at the time of your order and a copy will be sent to you via e-mail. This e-mail copy does not show your credit card number.

Shipping:

Shipping amounts are as stated above unless otherwise noted on the description for the item you are ordering. There will be additional shipping charges to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. The additions to the freight amounts will not be added automatically by our online shopping software. We will contact you by telephone to verify your approval of the shipping amount before processing your order. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted in the description for the item you are purchasing. Please contact customerservice@GreenSeasons.com if you have any questions.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt for a prompt and friendly refund or exchange whichever you prefer. All merchandise must be returned in it's original packaging and in saleable condition or a 20% restocking fee may be charged. Pending an inspection an exchange credit or refund will be issued for the item value and any taxes charged. Shipping amounts are non-refundable.

Christmas Items Ordering and Return Policy:

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns. Returns are accepted ONLY by prior authorization. Please get a return authorization number BEFORE you send the items back. All authorized returns MUST be made within 10 days of return approval. ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorizations for Christmas returns will not be accepted after December 5th. Christmas returns will not be accepted after December 10th.

Special Order Policy:

Items not pictured and/or finishes not pictured on the web site constitutes a special order item.

Special orders are welcomed, will be processed per quotation and must be approved via a signature from the authorized purchaser. Special order items can not be returned or exchanged for any other item. All special order purchases are final. Please call our customer service department for pictures and color samples to insure your satisfaction.
